The picture is of my granddaughter whose baby girl is due in January. We are now living in Florida but would like to move back to Texas to help our granddaughter and to be closer to family. Due to the dysfunction of both her mom and dad, she has no one to help after the baby comes.
The Lord has blessed us with a home to lease in Florida for the last several years. We are now trying to make our way back to Texas but need help for a downpayment on a home.
We were caught in the recession in 2008, we lost our business, home, and finances. We have been able to survive on social security and have no way to raise enough money to put down roots again in TX for ourselves and our daughter who we will be supporting.
With
great humility we are asking for help in raising $8000 for a downpayment on a home.
We would be so grateful for the generosity of family, friends and community. Our hope is to one day be able to pass this forward.
