Eagle Scout Project for NABAD

Hey friends and family!
I would like your help raising money for my Eagle Scout Project. I had hoped to go to Africa to complete my project, but Africa came to me! I have become friends with 6th-8th graders from Somalia. They are students in the NABAD program (NABAD is a greeting of peace in Somali). The NABAD program is located at Anne Sullivan Community School in Minneapolis. For this project, I will be collecting and donating school supplies to the NABAD program. On the next two Saturdays, some fellow scouts and I will be visiting neighborhoods and asking for school supply donations (mainly art supplies such as tissue paper, colored pencils, watercolor paints etc.) With any funds I raise here, I will provide iPads for the NABAD classroom. That is their teacher's big dream for her classroom.
I am excited to help my NABAD friends, and I appreciate any help you would like to give me as I work toward becoming an Eagle Scout. Thanks for your support!
