Help me file bankruptcy

Trying to file bankruptcy and it costs a lot just to stop your paychecks from continually being garnished! I am being garnished for an old $200 dental bill that had acquired interest over years and now stands at $1400! Next in queue to garnish is Weiser Memorial so the best option is filing bankruptcy at this point! Trying to survive when most of my check is garnished immediately and struggling to acquire the money to file when I am already being tapped with my paychecks The filing cost is $500 and lawyer fees another $2000. Any help would be life-saving, trying to dig myself out of a hole when I only make $9 an hour as is, I am in real danger of losing my apartment soon!
