Memorial Fund for Anthony Chervanik

On Thursday-April 3rd, 2014 The Chervanik Family lost Anthony in an accident.  He leaves behind his wife, Michelle and their 5 children.  Their kids range in age from 3-16. Three of their five children have varying degrees of special needs.  Their older son is severely autistic and requires a lot of care.  Michelle is a full time nursing student during the week and works weekends doing in home care.  Needless to say MIchelle is concerned about how she is going to care for her family on her own.  This fundraiser is to help her alleviate as much as the burden as possible.  All donations are greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
