Dylan Jeans Journey

Please help us find answers for Dylan. Her childhood is being stolen before our eyes.As most of you know, Dylan Jean has gone through a tough few years.  She has had 21 pneumonias, and over the next few months, will be visiting Dr.s in Indianapolis, Minneasota, Cincinnati, as well as here in Chicago.
 Gas expense and lodging is taking a toll on us!.
  I have had to once again drastically cut down on the hours I am working to take Dylan to all of her appointments.
