It's so out of the ordinary to be fundraising for myself; it feels really selfish but I've always believed in helping those in need and oh how the tables have turned and now I find myself desperate.
My name is Thomas Presley and I am reaching out to as many people as I can for your help. I was shot five times on March 23rd 2014 by a neighbor as I was walking away from him. The last shot fired was intended for my head but hit my wrist as I brought my arms up to protect myself while I lay on the ground.
I have under gone surgery on my right leg and have a severely broken left wrist from the bullet which will need future surgery to repair. Both me and my wife are trying to raise money for what I'm sure are going to be outrageous legal, medical bills and any other expenses as I'm currently not able to work. My wife is not only taking care of me but has taken a waitress job to help keep us financially afloat but it's just not enough.
