Peru Dream Journey

I have been dreaming of travelling to Peru since I was 15. Life took me on many journeys, including to Ecuador and Colombia as a foreign exchange student, but I haven't yet made it to the Andes of Peru. After spending the last year deep in personal healing and transformation, studying the shamanic teachings/lineage of the Andes, I have been asking deeply for spirit to show me the next leg of my soul journey, and synchronicity, and hard work, have collaborated, at just the right time, so that I might journey to the Apus- the great mountain spirits of the Andes, and sit in ceremony with the few remaining Alto Mesayok medicine people, learning from them, and receiving powerful rites of passage, on my birthday, at the foot of Ausangate, one of the revered mountain spirits. It is one of my dreams in life - that I've held for 20 yrs, and I am feeling so so blessed to have this oppurtunity that presented itself, in the most timely of fashions. I have secured my spot in the journey and have a plane ticket, but need more funds to pay for the rest of the trip, the guides, meals, transportation, and contributions/purchases to the medicine people, and artisans of the communities I visit. I am deeply grateful and honored for anything you feel called to donate to help me on this journey at this time. Thank you for your support and helping me to make this dream come true.
This is what I am perceiving as a the seed of much work and many offerings to come in the future- as I go deeper into my work with spirit, the land, and plant medicines, and sharing the sacredness of life, our planet and plants. I'm envisioning Sacred Plant Medicine journeys for herbalists to learn more about how traditional medicine people work with plant medicines in every day life, cultivating ceremony and sacred connection with the land, and supporting indigenous communities and local non profits in their important work. I hope to work and cocreate with and contribute time and funds in the future to the following organizations:
Andean Research Institute http://andeaninstitute.org/ I will be travelling with Jose Luis, the founder of ARI, and hope to return to work with ARI.
Reviveolution http://www.reviveolution.net/ I met Caroline Putnum in December, and I am so thrilled and eager to contribute to her dream of reviving indigenous culture, and regeneration native ecology, and the deep relationship between the two in the creation of a Tawantinsuyu temple for the traditional medicine people of the Andes to practice and keep their traditions alive.
I'm offering several hand made perks for your generous donations.
1. Watana ties, handmade in Peru by the Q'ero people, hand woven with wool and beads, each unique and beautiful, perfect for tying on as a bracelet, necklack, in your hair, or around a medicine bundle.
2. Sacred Space & Body Clearing Mist- 2 oz of a fragrant and powerful clearing spray, to move heavy energy (hucha) out of a room, or from your energy field and emotional body.
