So I signed up for a half marathon [insert laugh]. Nope this isn't an April fool's joke, it's real kids. The gal with short legs who takes elevators over stairs will be "running" 13.1 miles in only the best place on Earth, 'The Hamptons'. I along with my besties Kelly, Meagan & Kenzie will be running this glorious race to support lung cancer research. As most of you know, my Pop lost his battle with lung cancer last year. He had a smile that could light up a room, a heart that could melt Antartica and a soul bigger than Billy Joel's record sales. I will be running for him...for all those who lost the battle, fought the battle or will face the battle, in hopes that one day we will have a cure. If you were planning to place bets on my finishing time, don't even bother; I run 12min miles. Instead, you can help me reach my fundraising goal. All donatations will go to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation. ***If you want to come cheer us on/yell at me if I'm going too slow/be a witness that I finished...please find the race information below.
