My Diabetic child

My son Matteo was Dx with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 20 months old. Now 5 years old and starting school. We had a trial of 1 week with a Dexcom G4 ( machine that beeps when he has low and high blood glucose) . It would be so nice to have the Dexcom G4 because he doesnt recognize his symptoms. At school it would be so much better for the teacher too. The goverment doesnt pay for those kind of stuff!!..If Matteo gets this machine , it means i could maybe sleep a bit more!..During the night I check his sugar because I'm afraid that he won't wake up in the morning.
