THE BASICS: Recently I was accepted into a six week long trip to Nepal from September 12- October 28, 2014. It has always been my greatest goal and dream to become a world wanderer and unifier. Travel to me contains my wildest and most substantial aspirations; including: volunteering, helping spread awareness, and creating a global community that can help to unify the not so groovy space between people's hearts from one another. This adventure offers my trip mates and I so many chances to create movement of global community from its rawest material. Some of my time will be spent doing something extremely close to my heart, volunteering. We are going to be helping a school, staying with locals, and completely immersing ourselves in the magnificent culture that will better my personal perspective of the world. There are many other adventures I will be taking part in that are equally as beneficial as the last. So to me travel is the majestic charge of global change for a healthy life and environment.
SUPPORT NEEDED: Support from others is a key aspect of this trip. I already have much support from my parents and relatives, but what would make all the difference is support from this global community! The entire cost of my trip is $4500, however my goal is to reach $3000 dollars using this funding method. I am using a fundraising system called crowdfunding which consists of many different "perks" for however much donated. "Perks" (specifically labeled in the donating section) are what I like to call symbiotic experiences, meaning if someone donates I will give them a gift from my trip. If someone can't donate just even the amazing support of spreading the word, or sharing this information with others can make all the difference!
