<div>On June 20th, 80 Madison was devastated by a three-alarm fire that claimed the lives of four residents, critically injured two residents, and displaced others. Our community is heartbroken by the tragic loss of life and the trauma of those impacted.

<div><strong>Funds from the Go Fund Me will be allocated to the displaced tenants for their pressing needs during this difficult time. </strong>Our friends at Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE) have launched a <a href="https://secure.givelively.org/donate/asian-americans-for-equality-inc/you-can-help-support-the-fire-victims-at-80-madison-street?fbclid=PAAaa8YdxMlpI_GfgbxAm64VyOBnX_dKldczRskWnhuFKnPW69_BWROZRmQHc" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">fundraiser</a> for the funeral costs of the four residents that tragically passed away.
