8 Year-Old Needs a Voice: Help Sam!

Sam is a non-verbal 8 year-old child with Autism and Down's Syndrome. And oh, what a miracle he is! Imagine his situation--knowing what you have to say, but being unable to. Or perhaps being Sam's parent--knowing he has something to say, but not knowing exactly what that may be. The strength it requires from both is unfathomable.

Dynavox is a device that will give Sam the ability and freedom to use direct selection methods to communicate with his loved ones this holiday season. Could there be a better gift than giving someone a voice?! 

Our team is  hoping to provide Sam's family with the funds to acquire this device by December 14th so that they have ample time for Sam to become comfortable with his new communication system before the end of the year.
