ftm top surgery

Now that 2020 is here, I am preparing to hopefully have my transgender top surgery done in August. I have been saving as much as I can for a long time, but it has been hard due to all my other expenses. I am chronically ill, studying pre-med, and working retail to support myself. I am aiming to have a good portion of the costs saved by summer, and at least have a backup financing plan in place to help with a part of the cost if needed, though it would include interest if I even got approved.

Top surgery and the related expenses such as travel will come out to $11,000. My work insurance may cover most but not ALL and i need to pay my bills when I'm unable to work during recovery (5-6 weeks). I am requesting assistance on this because it will completely change my life. I love my body, but dysphoria is a powerful thing, and I know with every cell how happy I will be once I've had this procedure.

I know most of my friends are struggling financially too, but maybe this will eventually get out to someone with the means and kindness to support me.
