Please Help Siena!

Hi everyone, my name is Siena. Most call me Nena, my mom calls me Nenabell. I am a 3 year old ( 4 year old June 6th) Bernese Mountain dog. I am a registered service dog for my mom, Donna who has Multiple Sclerosis. I help my mom get around and keep her balance, along with support and
comfort on bedridden days, and countless other things. Basically I'm with my mom 24/7. I've always been strong, healthy, and the happiest dog. I love people other dogs,
 I bring joyand
smiles wherever I go. I also have a human sister who is 16 and already in her second year of college, I love her so much! Everything
was happy and great until out if nowhere I became sick. I stopped eating, became depressed,
 and
soon my gums began to turn white. I was foggy in my thinking and
getting very weak. Mom brought me for tests to see what was going on, only to find out I needed to go to a 24 hour emergency specialist veterinarian hospital. Mom, not having much money, panicked. She also felt I was her everything and she couldn't lose me. so, off we went. I'vebeen having
major intense blood tests of every kind with specialist reading them, ultra sounds, X-rays, and
now a blood transfusion due to extremely low red blood cell count that almost took my life,
along with low protein levels.( and I may need more blood transfusions)
I have an internal specialist Doctor working on my cases and
it's been three days with still no answers of what's going on with my body. The ultra sound found a small spot
on my bladder that they are trying to figure out what it is and if it's causing all of this. I am going to need to have a
 needle aspiration
 to my spleen and
liver to check for any cancer. The tests keep being ordered (and are very costly) as the Dr. is intensely searching for a reason to why my body is attacking itself. It's crucial they find out soon or I may not make it. If it is cancer, I would also need surgery to remove it, along with the cost to stay at the hospital Care and to be looked after is expensive. Mom is heartbroken as is my human sister and so am I.
I need to take care of them and
be there for them. Your help would bring such happiness and

 joy to their hearts and
allow me to get better and
continue my work of taking care of them, after all I am a working dog :) No amount is too small as every penny counts. Please help me get a diagnoses and
the care I need so that I can be on the road to recovery and
back to work. Sending lots of love and big puppy kisses, Siena, along with her family, Donna & Jasmine
