Help me join the 21st Century!

Why must I join the 21st Century and purchase an Apple device capable of AutoCad and SketchUp? Because there is a huge amount of human habitat out there suffering and in need of the gorgeous, environmentally friendly designs rattling around in my head!!! they are dying to get out!!! I must learn these these precious programs to land a legit design job where I can dance away the student loan debt, lift my landscape design career to nausea inducing heights and beautify our built world. (Not to mention the fact that my brilliant spawn can utilize said Apple device for Final Cut Pro film making software as well.)
I have a fierce desire to dive into the 21st Century! I graduated over a decade ago at the top of my class with glowing references from the head of the Landscape Architecture program, and now that the aforementioned spawn is capable of feeding himself from time to time, I am charging forward! But I must quickly throw down my pencils and rulers and paper, and pick up today's modern tools to make an employable designer out of myself. I have the talent and inspiration to contribute a lot to society and make our human habitat far more beautiful than we can currently imagine. However, without employability in today's design world, all that potential would just implode into a deep black hole of misery and loss.
I so appreciate your contribution to this Fund! My plan is to continue working my three current jobs, and to do whatever additional fund raising is necessary to purchase these tools and learn the programs from the YouTube masters. While I continue honing my skills, I will either find a legit job in a landscape architectural firm, or an internship that will help me pay for graduate school, which would catapult me even further ahead.
So, by contributing to this endeavor and preventing the alternative black hole of misery and loss you are also contributing to the betterment and beautification of our world as a whole.
