When times get tough I guess its ok to ask for a little help...even though its hard.
This is the 2nd brain surgery in 3 months span for two separate kids.  3 of the 4 kids have been diagnosed with CCM1.  It is a hereditary issue where the vessels in the brain leak and create masses within the brain that causes several debilitating issues.  Seizures, migraines, paralysis, speech impediments & the list goes on.  
Surgery has kept most of these issues at bay, or ceased the active ones.  
Being unable to work a full week before surgery for Allyson due to her own issues with April's back(several part-time jobs to make ends meet will do that) and a few days prior in the weeks before as well as more than two more weeks following surgery to take care of Allyson has already and will bring a financial stress like no other.  If there is any way to help her & the kids financially a few dollars any which way would be greatly accepted & appreciated.
