Help for Jennifer Cozine

Three weeks ago, an amazing person's life was turned upside down. Jennifer Cozine is a 41-year-old single mother with a beautiful 7-year-old daughter. During a visit to the emergency room for severe pain, Jennifer was diagnosed with bone cancer in her hip, back, and spine. She needs to undergo radiation treatments and chemotherapy. This form of cancer is very painful and prohibits her from returning to the classroom and carrying out day-to-day activities.

For more than a decade, Jennifer has dedicated herself to teaching our youth. Jennifer is truly the most generous, kind hearted, and genuine person. It is ironic that Jennifer has bone cancer because she is the one person who does not have a bad bone in her body. She always puts others before herself and this is evident being the incredible mother that Jennifer is to her daughter. Jennifer and her daughter are inseparable. Nothing brings Jennifer more joy in life than her daughter's happiness. Jennifer's greatest fear when she found out that she had cancer is not being around for her daughter. Despite the intense pain she is in, Jennifer makes it a priority to stay strong for her daughter as best she can.
