Horrible Traffic Accident in Phx Az

We need your help....
My name is Bill Davenport, I live in Phoenix, Arizona and this is our story. In 2009 my daughter lost her 3-month old to S.I.D.S. In 2010 a year later we lost our oldest boy to a drunk driver. Now in 2015 this same daughter has now been in a vehicle accident (head on) with a drunk driver.
We are beside ourselves, We have nothing left, I have nothing left to sell, to support our debacle. Our daughter lost her left leg, broke her right ankle, and foot, and had her left arm crushed. She requires extensive repairs. The hospital is taking care of that. (4-surgeries so far) After she is healed (3-4 months) she will require extensive rehab. (6-10 months)
I am having a hard time supporting all of this, I have lost time from work, to the point that my boss has had a word with me about it.  Since I can't lose my job, this is only other option.
As far as my daughter goes, she will be fighting to survive for the next week or so. After that she will have years to recover, and with a special needs daughter of her own, it's going to be extremely difficult as she is a single mom.
At this point, we still don't know if the drunk driver was insured or not.
My daughter will have to be in a recovery facility for 6-months after leaving the hospital. Her daughter has downs syndrome, and has special needs as far as Dr appointments, and therapy appointments, special schools, and I just don't have it.
I am already working 6-day weeks,  12 hour days, so I can't make anything more happen. My wife has taken over the grandbaby's school & Dr appointments, but we have our own house & bills to deal with. The money will be used to pay my daughters bills while she is in recovery home, (she lost her job already) will also go towards a car for her as hers was totaled.
If you can help, We would greatly appreciate it. If you can't help: then pray for us please.

I have put both my daughter's news story, and my son's news story up, so everybody knows I am not full of crap....

PHOENIX (KPHO/KTVK) - A 27-year-old woman had to be extricated from her vehicle early Thursday morning after being hit by a suspected drunken driver at 19th Avenue and Cactus Road.

Police said two vehicles, each with two people inside, were traveling in opposite directions along 19th Avenue when they collided head-on at around midnight.

Police said the driver of a southbound Jeep lost control and veered into the northbound lanes, hitting a Dodge van with the woman and her 7-year-old child inside.

The Jeep flipped onto its side.

The van went over the curb into the desert area adjacent to the road and ended up in some bushes.

Witnesses said a bystander got the girl out of the vehicle before authorities arrived.

The woman was pinned in the van and had to be extricated. She suffered critical injuries and was transported to a local hospital. According to court documents, the woman lost her left leg. Police said if she survives, she will suffer from life-altering injuries as a result of the crash.

Her daughter was not injured but was transported to the hospital as a precaution.

The female driver of the Jeep was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence. She has been identified as Roxanne Kirk, 23, of Phoenix.

Police said Kirk's blood alcohol content was .141.

She was booked into jail for aggravated assault and additional charges are pending. Her bond was set at $35,000.

Kirk's male passenger was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The roadway reopened at around 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

Police have identified two 16-year-olds who were killed in Phoenix early Friday morning when their truck crashed into a tree.

The driver, Elpidio Mendoza Jr, and passenger William Davenport were heading north on 32nd Street near Cholla around 3:30 a.m. Friday when Mendoza apparently lost control.

The 1993 Ford pickup truck traveled across the median and into a tree on the side of the road just north of Shea Boulevard, said Sgt. Steve Martos, a police spokesman.

Martos said the morning's dense fog is a possible factor along with speed.
Davenport was pronounced dead on scene.

Mendoza was taken to a local hospital where he later died, Martos said
