Feed the Fearless PDX

We are all aware of the monumental pandemic occurring right now in our world.  Businesses are shutting down, employees laid off, record numbers of unemployment. The narrative can be absolutely paralyzing; yet, one sector is taking this head on. The medical professionals standing at the entrances of emergency rooms, the teams banding together to prepare ICUs and medical floors for the surge – they need our gratitude more than ever. At the same time, local restaurants are in dire need of financial support.

Managed by Kennedy Richmond and Emily Closs, all funds collected on this GoFundMe will be withdrawn and used to directly purchase meals from below listed restaurants. Representatives from our team of five will pick up and personally deliver these meals to one point person at area hospitals/labs affected by COVID-19 in the PNW, spanning between Salem, OR and Vancouver, WA. We will update the list of recipients as they are scheduled.

We are open to supporting anyone in the healthcare sector that is battling this virus, so please let us know if you have a connection to a hospital, testing center, or emergency shelter.  Our goal is $30,000 currently in hopes to buy meals for the nurses, physician assistants, doctors, CNAs, EVS crews, and other employees battling this virus!
