Hi, my name is Sage. I began my estrogen journey on August 16, 2025, and while I’ve made progress, I know I still have a long road ahead. As someone on the autism spectrum, I face financial challenges that make it difficult to afford the surgeries I need. I’ve started this GoFundMe to raise funds for Facial Feminization Surgery, which would help me feel more comfortable in my body and align more closely with my sense of femininity.
