Valerie Tompkins O'Brien fund

Hello everybody, most of you know my mom and what she has been through this past year, but for those of you who don't, here's just a little summary of what she's endured. My mom was diagnosed with lung cancer stage 3 and cancer of the lymphnodes back in October 2013. It was devastating news, and the treatments she had to undergo we're very invasive and agressive. Through this whole process my mom who is my hero remained brave and strong throughout. Even when it came to losing her hair she just said well it is what it is and lets just get it over with. She didnt even wait for it to fall out, she cut it off and donated it to locks of love! Amazing she is always thinking about others even in such a tough situation. She kept a smile on her face at all times, even when she felt her worse she never let it show. By the grace of God he has made her a miracle survivor and she has kicked this cancers ass (excuse my language). She is considered to be in remission, but we all know it is not over until God says its over, and that is why I ask that you keep my mother in your prayers for a cancer free rest of her life. We are holding a benefit to help raise money for her outstanding medical bills that are a harsh reality of what my parents have been through. Its going to be a fun night and all are welcome to attend. My parents are so awesome and deserving of this help.
