A Beautiful Goodbye

I've spent nearly an hour sitting here, trying to explain how to put "Anna" into words....and for the first time in the 16 years that I've been blessed to call you my best friend, you have rendered me speechless.
Anna was the brightest light in every room she entered. (Sometimes that light was a beautiful glow, and sometimes it was like those annoying LED lights blinding you on the highway, but hey, she was a light no less). She was always the first to share positive words and vibes with anyone who seemed to need them, but also wasn't one to sugar coat the truth when it needed to be told. Reading everyones tributes to her over the last few days has proved how much of an impact she made on every single person she came in contact with. And even though life would get in the way and sometimes we couldn't always talk or spend time together as much as we wanted, I knew that I could always count on her to be there for me when I needed her. And now, now it's time for me to be there for her one last time. I am calling on our community, our friends, classmates, family members, coworkers, and anyone who ever needed Anna's loving glow, to help ease the financial stress that no family should ever feel during such a painful time. Anna was always a worry wart, and I need to know that she will be able to finally rest in peace knowing that she was SO loved and made SUCH an impact, that as our final show of thanks, we relieve her of this last burden here on Earth. All money raised will go to funeral expenses, repaying any debt she had remaining, and hopefully we can raise enough to give Dottie at least the start to the college education her Mommy would have worked her butt off to give her!
