Need help for a neurostimulator

Four years ago, I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and spinal cysts leading to a narrowing of the spinal column. The resulting nerve compression leaves me with high levels of chronic pain.
Four spinal surgeries have failed to relieve the chronic and debilitating pain which has lead to job loss, and so far, I have not been approved for Social Security Disability. The loss of my contribution to the household income, increased cost of health insurance, and on-going costs of medical treatments has lead me to need the use of this "gofundme"service.
I have just completed a very successful trial of a neurostimulator with St. Jude Medical. During this brief trial, my quality of life and ability to get around were greatly enhanced. The permanent device will be implanted into my back with leads surgically attached to my spine. During the trial I experienced a high level of pain relief and increased functionality. I am requesting financial help to cover my out-of-pocket expense and deductible. Timing is crucial in order to relieve the constant on-going pain, prevent further spinal damage, eliminate ineffective medical costs, and help me reduce the level of pain meds I take daily.
