Disabled vet in need of help

I was injured in August of 2015 during a drill weekend and my life has had some major changes. I suffered for about a year and half before doctors could give me a correct diagnosis (nerve damage). I then had surgery in February of 2017 to place a spinal cord stimulator in my back to try to help ease the pain level. The spinal cord stimulator (SCS) device was surgically placed under my skin (see photos) and it sends an electric current to my spinal cord. A small wire carries the current from a pulse generator to the nerve fibers of the spinal cord. When turned on, the SCS stimulates the nerves in the area where my pain is felt. I have to keep the device charged daily and I have went (and continue) through several changes in settings since having the device placed to try to find a comfortable setting for me to have enough comfort to function with limited capabilities. I deal with constant pain and discomfort in my back and legs on a daily basis. I have went from being a full-time, hard worker clocking in many long hours to not being able to do simple things like sitting for a long period or walking long distances. Even driving or riding to doctor's appointments cause me a lot of pain. I am constantly moving to try to find a comfortable position, I can not sit in a chair for very long, I need to adjust constantly to a laid back position with my feet up. I can not stand on my feet for very long either, I have to walk extremely slow when my back and leg are hurting. I am no longer able to work even part-time. I have no income coming in at all, my wife receives a very small portion (it is split 4 ways) of her Dad's pension from when he passed away. She is currently looking for work, with no luck so far. I received a letter from my mortgage company saying that I have until September 9th to be caught up with payments or I could lose my home. I currently owe $1,978.70, that is 3 months behind. I am also about to lose my car. I owe $825, it is also 3 months behind, to catch it up before they come and take it. I have used up all my resources that will help military people and I have emptied my saving's account. Creating this fundraiser is out of my comfort zone but my family comes before my pride. I am in a desperate situation which calls for desperate measures. I appreciate any help anyone can give at this time.
