Haiti Curriculum Project

Hi!
We are a team of four MA TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) students from the Monterey Institute of International Studies who are travelling to Hinche, Haiti to implement our Curriculum Design project. We are working on developing a curriculum for a school in Hinche to begin English courses in the 6th grade. In addition, we are developing a teacher training program and will be giving free English classes to the community at large.
The school, St. Andre's, is supported by St. Dunstan's Church in Carmel, CA.
We are looking for support so that we are able to travel down to Haiti. Our costs include round-trip airfare as well as board & food at the rectory of the church and school we will be staying at.
