Unisured Medical Expenses

Darrel Moore, a long time musician in Freeport has been diagnosed with Small Cell lung cancer. He has already had chemo and two bouts of radiation. His prognosis is guarded. Darrel has Medicare and a supplement. While a good share of his expenses have been insurance paid an amount of nearly $16,000 remains unpaid and is his responsibility.  He doesn't have the funds to pay these bills.  He doesn't want to burden his estate with this kind of debt. The situation is somewhat urgent. Any act of kindness would be appreciated by his family.
