medical moving for lung transplant

Hi my name is Jamond Sutton and two years ago I was diagnosed with a lung disease called sarcoidosis and I must have a double lung transplant in order to survive. I have been fighting this disease with the will of God & medical attention. Unfortunately I don't have the strength to battle this any longer without my transplant. I was told by doctors that I have to get the transplant to survive. My health is deteriorating fairly and quickly. Doctor told me there is nothing more that they can do for me. My lung transplant has been granted financially but in addition to insurance premium I been told I have to pay out of pocket expense of $10,000 for after caret treatment in order to move forward. The funds raised will move me closer to Duke hospital, this must be paid up front before my transplant is performed. My family and I are not monetarily capable of paying the full cost of the request. Please help us fight for this
