Leadership Development

Leadership requires integrity, humility, perserverence and strength.  It exhibits the ability to push past personal limitations despite circumstances and inspires others to do the same. 

I consistently look for growth opportunities to hone my ability to lead on both a personal and professional level.  As a result I have become involved in a training/coaching program called Gratitude training. It is an experiential skill development course that increases an individual's ability to execute their potential in all facets of their life.

As we know all great and worthy causes require a certain fearlessness when it comes to generating income.  This course is designed to develop leaders in the philanthropic sector and as such fundraising is considered an integral skill.  To begin, individuals are encouraged to fundraise personally for their training. 

I am raising funds for both the 2nd and 3rd levels of this coursework which is an intensive program that will take place from May 1st - August 24th.
