Chance came to the Swift Current SPCA on March 11 with a serious injury to one of his front legs from being caught in a snare. In consultation with the vet, we believe Chance is in good health otherwise but sadly his leg cannot be saved at this point and he will need an amputation surgery this week and some dental work for a broken molar.
This sweet fellow has endured a lot already but we believe that if he can get through this surgery and recovery period he could make someone a lovable and special household pet. Will you help us give Chance a chance at this future by helping us raise money for his surgery?
Chance is a great example of the pets we help who just need a bit more medical assistance to be on their way to better lives. Any money raised beyond what Chance might need will be kept in our Hope Fund for the care of future pets with extraordinary medical needs.
All donations of $10 or more are eligible for tax receipts.
