As some of you may know, my mother, Nikki Berry, has recently had some medical issues. Back in July, she went on a vacation with her friends
to Croatia. When she landed in A
ustria, she had a pulmonary embolism, triggering a heart attack and oxygen starvation for a brief period of time. She was brought to a University hospital in Austria and put into a medically induced coma. A few days in, they dis
covered some internal bleeding that required sugery, which prolonged her coma. She was brought back to the States on August 6th via a "medivac plane" of some sort. As many of you know, a ride in an ambulance can be quite expensive. Now imagine a plane with all the same equipment flying from Europe to Phoenix, AZ. The plane alone can be very burdensome, but when you add in the medical expenses from a hospital in a foreign country and now the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, we can only imagine the financial trouble she will be in when she's healed and back home. We are trying to raise as much money as we can to help her situation. If you can donate even a dollar and share this link with friends and family, it would be so much help.
