To my good friends, family, and neighbors.
I'm reaching out to you to help me raise money for much needed supplies, and sports equipment, for the summer camp at Boys & Girls Club of Venice.
My hope is to raise / collect enough here to help make a great summer for hundreds of kids all across LA. For many of these children, this camp is the highlight of their summer, a place where they can play sports, create art and music, and dance - not to mention eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. This program is an absolute life saver for their hard working parents as well.
Please donate here and I will purchase the needed equipment and donate the rest of the money to the Resource Development Manager, Emily Harvey. Ideally by June 10!
I know you likely get asked to donate to so many different causes, but I am asking for your help because this cause, this camp, can and will make a huge difference to so many kids. And it is just down the street!
I am planning on volunteering this summer to help out with either volleyball or art. If any of you are interested, please contact my mom's email above. Thank you so so much!
