<div>After a year off due to Covid, we will once again be running a half marathon to raise money for MD Anderson's appendiceal cancer research team led by Dr. Paul Mansfield. Over the past 7 years, we have raised nearly $50,000 for this very important cause!!!  This year, our run will take place in Naples, FL on January 16th, 2022.  As many of you know, our father was diagnosed with appendiceal cancer at a time when treatments were just on the brink of discovery. The treatment he received was not even available in most of the top hospitals yet. Had he been diagnosed a decade earlier, virtually no options would have existed. This cancer is rare, but the knowledge base is moving quickly. Breakthroughs are happening in real time, and this is one area where donations can make an immediate difference.
