Carlos Perez-funeral expenses

Friends & family, it is with a heavy heart that I bring this news. my grandpa carlos perez was in hospice and wasn't given much time to live. he was in his end stages of sorosis of the liver and chronic kidney failure. his condition increased to a rapid speed when he suffered a fall at one of his dialysis treatments where nurses neglected to assist him. As a result he broke his pelvic bone and was bead ridden. We have been desperately trying to obtain the liability insurance information from the facility but as you can imagine they are reluctant to accept fault. it was his injury that contributed to him missing dialysis which had been his only source of life support for many years. At this point his liver began to fail and the kidneys began to reject treatment. His body grew weaker, and he experienced another fall.His blood pressure kept dropping and there was nothing more they could do to help him. he wanted to be home and sleep with the angels, so we honored that. We want to raise funds for his celebration of life and bring him back to his home of Guatemala, he will be received by our loving family and reunited with my grandma Norma Perez in heaven. If we are unable to bring him home we will do our best to bring my grandma back here where they can be together and rest in peace in a beautiful plot at the Oak hill Funeral Home.
