help lay Luis Carrion to rest

luis angel carrion (10/2003-03/2014)was my neighbors 10 year old son & baby brother that passed away so fast & unexpectedly!! please help me help them, they just don't have the funds or means to get him buried.absolutely any & everything will be accepted floral arrangements, food, a casket, a burial outfit, etc...
