Help for Jillian's long road to recovery

Hi my name is Sheila Masterson this is my beautiful 31 year old Daughter Jillian Masterson.She is the Mother of three children and last may became very sick and has been in the hospital since may 27th.she is very sick and has a very rare autoimmune disorder called Sucsac syndrome there is less than 500 hundred cases in the world. she can no longer walk and can only talk a little she doesn't even remember her children. I was told by the staff today that they can not find a placement for her,I will be bringing her home to care for her,the funding will be used to put a ramp in. also I will need medcal things like A hospital bed, a hoist for getting her out of the bed and will no longer be able to work out side of the house. She will need 24 hour care the state will hire me is what I have been told but that will take a while to get started.And due to the fact that my husband is also disabled and has been since 2003 and I am raising two of my grandchildren income is very limited at this time so if you could find in your hearts to donate so I can get things ready to bring her home and care for her I would deeply apprreciate it.
