hysterectomy fund

i have been battling endometriosis and adenomyosis for 12 years now. i have had 12 surgeries and my life is constantly put on hold because of it. recently i have been in and out of the hospital for severe pain. i cannot get health insurance because of the high deductible and high monthly charge,i also do not qualify for government assistance, because i do not meet the annual income required by the state of georgia. this surgery will put an end to this disorder according to my endo specialist. please help me to raise money by April 22nd, so i can continue cosmetology school, and get my life back.
