In the fall of 2013, Gina Barber and I spent 3 weeks teaching in the village of Karanga, Tanzania, at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro. We met two amazing local women who have started a scholarship fund to provide school fees, meals, and supplies to children whose families are unable to do so.
One year ago, they were supporting 16 children. Today, they have identified 60 children who are in need of sponsors so the need has increased for donations.
