Ashton is a 5 years old and going through chemotherapy without his mommy. Cecilia came to the United States illegally nearly 18 years ago and self-departed back to Mexico in January 2018.
In July 2018 we found out that Ashton had a large cancerous kidney tumor. He had surgery to remove his kidney and tumor. He is currently going through chemotherapy and will continue to need medical attention for years to come. We applied for a Humanitarian Parole and Humanitarian Visa, both of which were denied. Ashton needs his mommy here to take care of him.
I am starting this page in hopes of getting the attention of our law makers so they can see that American Citizens are being hurt by our current immigration laws. Our immigration policies need to be changed to make it easier for good people like my wife to come back to our country and be with their American Citizen family.
