CAPONES EMERGENCY VET BILL

hello, I'm coming here for help from my community, on Sep 30th my ex was walking my service dog Capone down my street when another dog (found out later to be named chop) came out of no where and attacked my dog before that he (the other dog) attacked a cat and almost killed it as well as a few other dogs. I tried my best to do what I could at home for my boy but his chest was to bad and needed tubes to drain the blood under his skin and stitches as well and ended up infected as well. so I had to take him in unfortunately, I'm on disability and have a VERY PART TIME job, I'm a single mom and struggle every month as it is, so having to spend almost $1200 of my bill money for this month really messed me up. The other dog was taken to greenhill since the owner was no where around at the time, but a couple days after I found the owner Chepe Cruz and he took ownership of the dog and admitted it was his fault and promised to pay me yesterday, well I went to message him and he blocked me / deleted his entire fb. I have all proof even him admitting to it being his responsibility and that he would pay me, but the day came and instead he blocks me. I'm begging for help now since the only thing that was paid was my rent and I'm on the verge of loosing everything else. IM WILLING TO EARN THIS MONEY I have all proof but can only post so many things at a time . My family and I were tr

ing to move to a 1st floor apt since my mother is disabled as well (we are on the 3rd floor) and this may stop us from being able to accomplish that now as well I REALLY NEED MY COMMUNITY BADLY ALSO 8F ANYONE CAN HELP ME FIND THE OTHER OWNER IF GREEN HILL CANT HELP

Capone is doing great just have to take him to get staples out of his chest and then we should be good to go and no more vet cost for this reason
