Tanner Jacobs was one of five teens injured in a single car accident on march 22, 2014. Tanner is in icu in atlanta after having surgery on his brain for skull fractures. His family needs our financial support for medical expenses and to allow them to stay by Tanner's side as he begins this long road to recovery, while still in the hospital and after returning home.
