Chipo's Mission To Dominican Republic

Dear friends and family,

My name is Chipo Sanganza.  I am a member at Immanuel United Methodist church.  God is impressing upon my heart this year to set my needs aside and put those of others ahead of mine as an ambassador of Christ.

I want to share with you a ministry opportunity that God has presented to me.  From July 1 through July 8, God has offered me a chance to go to the Dominican Republic with a group from Immanuel UMC.  We will be sharing the gospel and love of Christ in Santiago, working alongside local leaders helping them offer medical clinics, children's ministry, sports camps and doing some construction.

While God has opened up a door for me to develop a heart of compassion for His people in the Dominican Republic, the exciting part is that you will be able to share in this compassion in several ways.  First, you can help by praying for our group.  We will also need prayers that our financial needs will be met.  Secondly, you can make a generous donation to this cause.

I have to raise $1310.00 for my ticket by May 19.  Would you consider supporting me with a tax-deductible donation?  Whether you feel led to contribute financially, through prayer, or both, all your support is greatly appreciated.  I am looking forward to doing God's work and letting you know all about how He has worked through this team when I return in July.
