Trip for a well deserving family!!!

I work with the Brockton school system as a Special Eduation teaching assistant. I have been working with a little girl named Samantha who is 9 years old.  Over the last few years I have become extremely attached to this family like they are my own.  I work in their home as an aid to Sam and her dad.  Samantha has autism and currently lives with her father.  Recently, her dad Mike has been diagnosed with ALS, Lou Gherig's disease. The doctors are not sure how much time he has left.  Mike and Samantha are best friends.  Her dad does everything for her and she cannot imagine her life without him.  The news of his diagnosis has been very upsetting to me and another therapist, Leanne, who has been working with this family for several years. We would like to raise money to take them on vacation one last time before his health changes drastically.  Leanne and I plan on taking Mike and Sam to Disney in Florida in June.  They have never been on a vacation together and we would like to make this a memorable time for them both.  I am asking for your help to send this family along with Leanne and I as support on a vacation of a lifetime.  It would mean the world to them to have such a wonderful experience.  Thank you in advance!
