UPDATE: We have raised over $4000, and this couldn't have happened without some amazing people and there devoted support for our community! We have already provided 17-$100 gift cards, and another $2300 will go directly to the Oso Fire Department on Friday, who will distribute to those in need. The Oso mudsilde hit hard to a small community Saturday morning.. A community I am all too familiar. Please show your support by donating to the people that were affected during this horrible incident. It is important that we rally together to support each other. We often want to show support, but don't have the resources to get the money to the right people. I have set up this page for the families in need - and all money raised will go directly to the relief effort.
Many of us know people that live in Oso, grew up in the surrounding areas, or are currently being affected by the destruction of this disaster. Show your support in any amount possible. It is all greatly appreciated.
Small communities hit by a major disaster are often times forgotten. Let's not forget how close this hits home.
