Lara and Alex

On thursday the 20th of march 2014 my lovely niece and her sweet fiance were in a horrific accident. Someone ran a red light and t-boned their tiny car. Alex was able to walk away with multiple bruises, scrapes and airbag burns (thank goodness). However my niece Lara wasn't so lucky. She was left with multiple fractures on the base of her skull, her pelvis, every rib has buckle fractures on her right side, internal bleeding (contusions) on her liver and lung, but she's alive! We are so very thankful they are both still with us. Many hearts are breaking for these two lovely people. Her goal is to walk down the aisle in 5 months unassisted at her wedding. These two live paycheck to paycheck and with this happening she will not be able to work for at least 3 or so months, any little bit helps. They are in desperate need of rent/food funds. Family and friends are really doing the best they can, but that only stretches so far. Please, if anything learn from their story, and don't drive while distracted. Your text, call, makeup, etc can wait. No one wants to be the cause of this kind of life change. Thank you for your time
