Fether Adoption Fund

Family and Friends, Marcus and I are excited to announce our decision to adopt! We knew from the beginning of our relationship that we wanted to have children, and decided after about six months of marriage that we were ready to be parents. However, God had other plans in mind for us (and we know that His plans are always best:)). After many doctor visits, medications, specialists, and procedures we feel that God is directing us toward adoption. We would like to ask for you to pray for us in several specific ways as we begin this process. First, please pray for the little one that will become a part of the Fether family. Pray for health of the baby and birth mother as well. Second, please pray that Marcus and I will be patient in waiting on God's timing. Adoption can often take quite a while and there will be a time of waiting while the paperwork is completed, home study is conducted, and then while we wait to be chosen. Third, please pray for the financial aspect. According to the agency we will be using, adoption will cost us somewhere around $13,000. That is $13,000 that we do not have, but we are trusting that God will provide and we are excited to see how He will! We are so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends!!
