Hi friends and family!
I am SO excited about the opportunity God has placed in my life for this summer! I have been chosen to work with Manna Global Ministries as a mission intern in the Dominican Republic!
Manna Global Ministries is a multi-faceted, Christ-centered ministry in the poverty-stricken mountain village of Bobita. Manna's campus includes a Christian School/discipling program, a Children's Home, and a church with various children's ministries and adult outreach programs.
Each summer, God changes the hearts of groups from the United States as they step into the developing world of the Dominican Republic. Many churches send youth groups and other teams on week-long mission trips to Manna. My role will be to work with these groups--coordinating, translating, and guiding them through their mission experience.
I am so excited and ready to go serve God and His people in the Dominican Republic, but I can't do it without your support. My internship is not paid, so I need to raise funds for travel and living expenses while I'm there. I know God will provide!
