Hope for Dad

As some of you have now heard, my dad has been diagnosed with Cancer caused by HPV (Human papillomavirus) in his Throat and at least 1 of his Lymphnodes. He will begin treatment (both Chemo and radiation) over the next 7 weeks and because of the root of the cancer, the back of the the throat, Dad will have to have part of his tongue removed and re-learn speech, eating, swallowing and may lose his hearing (it’s all connected).  

This Go-Fund-Me Campaign will be used to help pay for dad’s medical bills (he only has basic insurance & Medi-Cal) and help support him during his treatment as all his regular work/income will come to a halt. This means he will have literally no income for 3-6 months (minimum).

I always do my best to find the positive in everything but I am having a hard time with any silver lining right now or I wouldn’t be bringing this forward. I know we can get him through this difficult time but the bottom line is we need your help. Please donate what you can, share this page, test, immunize and talk.
