please help eleonore tribble

eleanore tribble (et) is a 9 mth old 2.5 lb brussels griffon. she came from a breeding situation. she is very tiny and has some neurologic issues in her walk. but eleanore is the lucky one. her siblings were sold to a wholesale broker. she was too tiny and sickly so he did not want her. we rescued her from the breeder 2 wks ago. she has been to her neurologists and they believe that she has hydrocephalus (water on the brain). for her tests to diagnose the severity and to also test for a liver shunt it is $1400. if she must have surgery it will be another $3000 or more. please help us help eleanore have a normal life.
