Sienna's battle against cancer

Donation protected
Hi everyone,

Thanks for dropping by.  Hopefully if you're here you're ready to sponsor me as I attempt to raise funds for Sienna to have treatment against her cancer illness.  This treatment is not available on the NHS and below you'll read more about Sienna's story.  My story is that this little girl stole my heart and I really want to help make a difference, with your help, for her battle of a normal life.

So, on the 18th May 2014 I am taking part in 'doitforcharity Super Hero Run 2014'.  I will be running 10k dressed as a Superhero and you'll be able to laugh at photos that will probably be used later on my stag weekend.  The important thing is that after laughing at me you'll also be helping support Sienna and that means I will be grateful beyond words for your kindness and thought.

I have kindly received a sponsor to pay for a t-shirt that will include all my sponsors and we're going to pass that on to Sienna's family.  So no matter if you're donating a £1 or £100, its brilliant - there is no donation too small.

Now for the important person in all this, here is Sienna's story (written by her mum)...

"Sienna was diagnosed with Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma (an aggressive form of cancer of the specialised nerve cells called the neural crest cells) in November 2012 at 20 months old. We knew our precious baby had one heck of a fight on her hands, no words could ever describe how this broke our hearts. Not only was Sienna battling cancer, she was also diagnosed as having a rare form of heart muscle disease called cardiomyopathy, with very poor heart function.
Sienna's treatment options were limited but nobody knew the fight our precious baby would put up.
We have set this fund up on behalf of our darling daughter as the relapse rate for neuroblastoma is incredibly high with no protocol in the Uk and treatment options overseas are not funded by the NHS.
As Sienna's parents and with your help we need to give our baby the best options available to beat this deadly disease, we cannot do it alone.
Thank you to each and everyone of you for taking the time to read this, it means so very much to us at such a distressing time and every single penny really does count, thank you so much for supporting our baby girl Sienna Elizabeth Riley."

I understand this is an emotional appeal, please sponsor me anything you can.  We all care immensely about the ones we love and your generosity means a massive amount to me.

My sincere gratitude and thanks for your support.
