A year and a half ago. I started a kidney fund so I was able to go to John Hopkins transplant center, Cleveland Clinic, and University of Toledo kidney and Pancreas center so I was able to travel and get listed for a kidney transplant. I raised over $3000.00 from family and friends. I am now on all of those lists.
Well now I am trying to raise monies to start and open my own health insurance office while I am waiting on my transplant. I recently on April 28th 2015 complete my education from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Health Information Systems. I graduate and walk the stage at Ford Field Detroit Mi on June 20th.
I was also just approved and highered by a company called Health Markets. This is a company who helps people like you and myself with health care coverage and Life insurance. This fundraiser campaign is to raise little funds to open my own location. I can work from home if I wanted to, but I choose to work from a location to better help future clients and patients who need health care coverages. Health Markets looked at my background, I had a great interview, and I was offered the position within a week. I went out and found the perfect spot. #1 I can afford the rent, #2 it's in a great location where clients can feel comfortable and relaxed while I can provide them with the information they can understand and purchase. Remember it is now the law to have health care coverage.
This small donation is to help me to put down payments, office furniture, and get the necessary office supplies to open by July 1st 2015.
